on the Meeting Update Card (for verification).
Attend selected hosted buyer programmes and networking sessions (where applicable).
Comply with programme terms and conditions to qualify for reimbursement.
Travel reimbursement will be processed after the required meetings and programme commitments have been completed.

Please note: Hosted buyer support is limited and provided to approved buyers only. Reimbursement is processed after programme completion and verification of required meetings and participation. Expenses outside the approved support scope are the buyer’s responsibility.
Is the Hosted Buyer Programme free to join?
Participation is subject to application and approval. Approved Hosted Buyers may receive airfare support, hosted accommodation and other programme benefits, subject to the applicable programme terms and conditions.
Do I need to attend all three days?
Yes. Approved Hosted Buyers are required to attend PLX Asia in Bangkok from 7–9 September 2027.
How many meetings do I need to complete?
Hosted Buyers are required to pre-arrange and complete at least 10 meetings with relevant exhibitors during 8–9 September 2027.
Each meeting is allocated a 30-minute timeslot and takes place at the participating exhibitor’s booth.
How are my meetings arranged?
Approved Hosted Buyers will have access to the PLX Asia business matching platform to identify relevant exhibitors and pre-schedule their meetings.
Hosted Buyers are responsible for securing the required meetings before the event.
How does airfare support work?
Successful applicants will receive travel instructions, including the applicable airfare cap. Approved buyers may book their flights within the advised amount.
Reimbursement is subject to completion of the required meetings and programme activities.
What is not covered?
Visa fees, local transport, meals, travel insurance, extra hotel nights and incidental fees.
Is my application automatically approved?
No. Hosted Buyer places are limited, and all applications are subject to assessment and approval.
Selection may take into consideration your company and business activities, sourcing requirements, purchasing authority, relevance to participating exhibitors and ability to fulfil the programme requirements.
When will I know if I’ve been accepted?
Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email outlining their Hosted Buyer benefits, participation requirements, required documents and travel arrangements.
